Welcome to Coronation Avenue Methodist Youth, Somerset West. We are part of  a warm Christian family comprising of over 800 members, situated on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains in the Western Cape.

We are a vibrant youth ministry comprising of a diverse no of activities for all shapes and sizes in our part of God`s kingdom. You can click on the tabs to see what we get up to, hope to see you soon. 

Chrysalis

What is Chrysalis  Before it becomes a butterfly, a caterpillar goes through a growth stage during which it is called a "chrysalis." On the surface it may not look like much is happening, but the delicate chrysalis process changes the fuzzy caterpillar into an awesome butterfly with wings of intricate designs and intense colors. The chrysalis process symbolizes how Christ can transform you into something beyond your dreams. It happens when you grow beyond yourself, opening your life to Jesus' power and love.

We have an active Chrysalis Community and are part of the Cape of Good Hope Chrysalis Community. We will have caterpillars on Girls Flight # 23 & Boys Flight # 24 in July 2011. So keep them in your prayers.
